Hardboiled Egg and Avocado Bowl

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado, diced
  • 1 tsp. fresh herbs
  • Dash Hot Sauce


  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water
  2. Bring to a slow boil, remove from heat, cover and sit for 15 mins
  3. Drain water from eggs and run under cold water until cold to the touch, peel eggs and slice into quarters
  4. Place eggs and avocado into a small bowl
  5. Top with herbs and a drizzle of hot sauce
