Recipe looks delicious but it says to preheat the oven to 400 but to bake at 325
I’m confused

Meridian Meats says:

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the confusion and the error on our part.
The preheat and the baking should both be at 325F.
I apologize for our mistake. We will change this right away.

Thank you for letting us know : )

Made it last night. Delicious and very easy to make! Love the one pan idea. Of course Meridian’s Sockeye Salmon is always the best. Thank you for the recipe!

This one pan salmon dish was so easy and delicious, I also precooked new potatoes tossed with olive oil and s & p and added it to the pan, 20 minutes dinner was ready. I’m sure to pass this recipe on to friends and family. Yummy

Meridian Meats says:

So glad to read that! Pre-cooking the potatoes is a great idea, thanks for the suggestion!
