Santa Fe Chicken Salad Wraps

You’ve never had a wrap like this santa fe chicken! Fully loaded & a great way to use leftover chicken.

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1.5 lbs cooked & shredded chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped


  1. Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, onions and cilantro in a bowl
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, corn and black beans
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until everything is combined
  4. Use right away, or allow to chill in fridge for 2 hours
  5. When ready, heat up tortilla and lay chicken salad mixture onto tortillas
  6. Roll up tortilla like a burrito
