Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Herb Crusted Potatoes

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 lb. Meridian Fresh Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 Cups little potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. parmesan, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat grill to medium heat
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, sage, parmesan and salt and pepper
  3. Stir until well combined and completely covered
  4. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray
  5. Lay pork tenderloin into the centre of the for land line the potatoes on each side
  6. Fold up each side of the foil to create a packet
  7. Place packet steam side up on the grill and cook for 30 minutes
  8. Remove from grill and very carefully, open and check to make sure your pork has reached 160 degrees internal temperature
  9. Garnish with additional herbs and parmesan if desired
