Honeydew Sorbet

So simple & refreshing. Just 3 ingredients & a few minutes of prep and you’ll have a healthy vegan and gluten free treat!

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 Honeydew Melon
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. honey


  1. Slice the honeydew into 1" chunks & spread on a baking sheet
  2. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours, until frozen
  3. Once frozen, put honeydew, honey and lemon juice in a blender
  4. Blend until smooth (adding water if needed)
  5. Put back into freezer for 30 minutes until the mixture sets
  6. Scoop & serve
