Easy to cook, easy to carve and it’s ideal for smaller gatherings. Turducken Breast Roasts range in size from 4-5 lbs and serve approx 6-8 people. The cost per pound is $12.98.
How do I cook it?
Oven roast your turducken the same way you’d cook a turkey! We recommend you roast it uncovered at 450 degrees F for the first 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F for the duration. The turducken breast roast should take approximately 2 hours to cook.
*Important: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F.
