Barbeque: Grill skin side up on medium heat for 25-20 minutes. Then flip and finish on skin for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
Oven: Bake on a sheet tray at 375 degrees fahrenheit with skin side up for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degree farenheit
