Spades Bacon is handcrafted in small batches right here in our certified organic meat facility in Coquitlam, BC. Made using all natural ingredients with local, free range pork. Our bacon is hand rubbed, dry cured for 10 days with salt, brown sugar, garlic and thyme. Then real hickory wood smoked, and made thoughtfully to provide customers with an appetite for good quality with bacon the way it was meant to be - thick sliced and all-natural.
