What is the minimum order size?
We have a minimum order size of $30. Orders that do not meet this requirement by the order deadline (8PM the evening before your delivery or pickup) will be deleted from our system and not be processed.
Can I edit my order after submitting it?
Absolutely! You can edit your order as many times as you'd like before your order deadline (8PM the evening before your delivery or pickup). Be sure to click 'Update Order' to save your changes (please note, you will not be able to update your order if your changes result in an order that’s under $30.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime until 8PM the evening before your delivery or pickup by clicking 'Empty Cart' on the order review page. If you wish to cancel an order past its deadline, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.
What are subscriptions? How do I set it up?
A subscription is a flexible way of scheduling your favourite items! Simply click 'Subscribe' for the items you want and choose between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions to automatically add them to your default delivery days. Please note, orders below $30 minimum will not be processed.
You can manage all of your subscriptions through the Subscriptions Dashboard. Adjust the quantity, frequency, or pause, resume, and cancel anytime – no strings attached.
Do I need to "check out" when I'm submitting my order?
Yes! Be sure to click 'Complete order' to submit your cart ($30 minimum order size applies). If you make any changes before your deadline, click 'Update order' to save your changes and ensure you receive your final cart.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged automatically at the time of order completion (after your order is delivered to your home or pickup location).
For security reasons, we place a temporary pre-authorization on your card at order deadline (8PM the evening before your delivery or pickup). Due to items with variable weight, this may be a slightly higher amount than your estimated total.
Your final invoice will be available after your order has been delivered to your home or pickup location and will account for any changes such as shorts, substitutions, and the actual weight of items.
