Directions:
For 4 (8oz) servings or 1 2lb. fillet; Recipe 1: Mix 1 tbsp. of rub with 1 Tbsp of oil. Recipe 2: Mix 1 Tbsp. of rub with 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Baste on food just prior to cooking. Bake or BBQ.
