Blue Cheese Buffalo Dip

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 2 Cups Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded
  • 1 Cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • Carrots, Celery, Crackers, Bread, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a cast iron skillet with non stick cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder
  3. Fold in the green onions, chicken, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, and half of blue cheese
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet and to with remaining mozzarella
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden
  6. Remove from the oven, and top with the remaining blue cheese
  7. Serve while hot with carrots, celery, crackers or bread
