Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1/4 Cup Butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Basil
  • Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Garlic Cloves


  1. Finely chop basil into small pieces
  2. Mince garlic cloves
  3. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
  4. Cut a large piece of saran wrap into a rectangle
  5. Spread mixture out on saran wrap and roll into a cylinder, twisting ends; wrap airtight
  6. Freeze until solid
  7. When ready to use, top each steak with a generous amount of butter mixture or try the mixture tossed with hot cooked vegetables
