Crab Meat Steak Oscar

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 200 Grams Meridian Crab Meat
  • 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/8 Cup Cooking Wine or Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp. Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/8 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook steaks to your liking
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch and wine or broth until smooth
  3. Stir in the cream, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper
  4. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened
  5. Stir in crab; heat through and serve over steaks
