Frittatas for Mama

Brunch for mom and make extras for the week! These egg frittata’s are so easy to make and you can use leftover veggies and whatever cheese you have on hand!


 Serves 4-6

 Prep time 15 min.

 Cook time 15 min.


  • 12 Free Range Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Variation #1 Greek

  • 1 Chopped Red Pepper
  • 4 Green Onions (or Red Onion)
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled

Variation #2 Mediterranean

  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Basil
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Variation #3 Spicy Turkey

  • 1 Cup Chopped Turkey Breast
  • 2 Chopped Jalapeños
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Frittatas in a dish served up hot and ready out of the oven.


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Make your frittata base by whisking eggs, milk, garlic and salt & pepper.
  3. Put your fillers in the greased muffin tins (recipe can also be made in a greased 9x9 pan). Try one of our recipe variations or use whatever you have on hand! Bacon, sausage, cooked veggies, herbs, raw veggies, spices or whatever you like!
  4. Carefully fill muffin tins (or pan) with egg mix until they are 3/4 full.
  5. Bake at 400 for approx 12-15 minutes for muffin size or 20-25 for pan. Make sure the egg is set in the middle.
  6. These will last for 3 days in the fridge and also freeze well!
