Garlic & Parmesan Zucchini

3 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once oil is heated, add sliced zucchini and saute for 3 minutes.
Add parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
Continue sauteing until zucchini is tender.
