Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon

Roasted brussel sprouts

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 pounds of brussel sprouts
  • 6 slices of Meridian Double Smoked Bacon
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Clean and trim brussels sprouts
  3. Place brussels sprouts in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to evenly coat
  4. Pour the brussels sprouts on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Sprinkle bacon pieces over the brussels sprouts
  6. Roast in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until golden and lightly caramelized
