These are nicely individually packaged and flash frozen. I appreciated the packaging for transport, someone really is going the extra step to make sure their product gets to your door without any thaw. With the cost of beef lately I've been expanding my search and trying online local stores. These are small 7oz steaks but for the price you have nothing to lose by trying them. Make sure that grill is HOT and the meat is room temp and moisture free. Move fast, use butter to help flame up for grill marks. 3 minutes on the grill is all it takes for medium. I don't think you can achieve a medium rare unless you sacrifice some grill marks. Would buy again
