We're traditional craft butchers
Cory, store manager in Port Coquitlam, has been with us since the beginning. He's not only one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet, he's also an expert craft butcher, and he knows a great steak!
Our grass-fed and finished steaks are hand-cut, small batch marinated, and packaged in house to seal in freshness and flavour. They're delivered fresh, ready for the BBQ!
All of our grass-fed beef is pasture raised and 100% grass-fed and finished. Grass finished beef contains up to 20% fewer calories, and has higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, and vitamins A and E.
