In 1989, we began as a small butcher shop on Meridian road in Port Coquitlam. Since then, thanks to support from customers like you, we've grown to serve multiple communities throughout greater Vancouver and the lower mainland.
Our wholesale division is supplied by our Canadian certified butcher facility, where we still do things the old fashioned way, just packaged better.
We're traditional, craft butchers at heart, and we're ready to grow your business.
We know a good steak
It starts with exclusively 100% grass-fed and finished, free range beef. We select only perfectly marbled primals, and dry-age them to perfection. Our expert butchers then hand-cut and trim the steaks to spec in-house.
The result is a 5-star chef's quality steak, with a rich buttery flavour that you can only get with grass finishing. It just melts in your mouth.
