Our pizzas are a Neapolitan-inspired masterpiece, crafted with care and precision in a traditional brick oven. The dough is fermented for a minimum of 12 hours, and up to 24 hours, allowing for a depth of flavor and texture that cannot be achieved with a quick rise. Every pizza is lovingly handmade using only the finest, locally-sourced and authentic Italian ingredients, ensuring a deliciously authentic taste with every bite.
