Both sweet, and savory, yet almost buttery, this Gelato is packed with flavour. We kept it simple, just like the Italian classic is, and really focused on the flavour of the hazelnuts, heightened just slightly with a sprinkle of sea salt. Given the complex flavour of the hazelnuts, the flavour really stands on its own, and even without milk, it’s still so creamy.
