Our halibut burgers combine both ground and chunky pieces of halibut, offering a delightful blend of textures. We recommend pan-frying these from thawed to achieve a perfectly-crispy patty. But if you're in a bit of a time crunch and haven't been able to thaw them, popping them in the oven makes for an excellent and convenient alternative.
