Cheese, Aged Grana Padano

Grana Padano, a part of Italy's gastronomic history for almost a millennium, emerged from Benedictine monks' ingenuity in preserving surplus milk as a hard, long-lasting cheese. Its grainy texture earned it the name "Grana," and in 1954, it was officially designated "Grana Padano," denoting its origin in the Po River Valley. Imported from Italy and aged for 20 months, it embodies tradition, quality, and authenticity, inseparable from its birthplace. A key player in Italian cuisine, this special cheese boasts a fine grainy structure, mild yet flavourful taste.

Ingredients: Cow's milk, Salt, Rennet, Lysozyme (egg protein).
