Our pizzas are a Neapolitan-inspired masterpiece, crafted with care and precision in a traditional brick oven. The dough is fermented for a minimum of 12 hours, and up to 24 hours, allowing for a depth of flavor and texture that cannot be achieved with a quick rise. Every pizza is lovingly handmade using only the finest, locally-sourced and authentic Italian ingredients, ensuring a deliciously authentic taste with every bite.


Ingredients: Crust (Unbleached wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), tomato sauce(tomato, tomato puree, salt, basil, citric acid), mozzarella (Pasteurized whole milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or microbial enzyme), spicy calabrese salami (pork, salt, skim milkpowder, sugar, spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, mustard), sweet candied jalapenos (jalapenos, sugar, apple cider vinegar), grana Padano, fresh basil.
