Our sugar is all natural and never bleached. Sugar is naturally derived from cane or beet plants. Fine granulated sugar is used most often used in home cooking and it is best for baking cookies and breads. It makes dough more tender and gives bread a golden brown crust. Our white sugar cube is a perfectly portioned teaspoon of granulated sugar.
