Locally made sourdough loaf produced weekly in legendary Vancouver bakery.

Now that the world is back to normal, let the team at Nelson do the heavy lifting in the sourdough department. These loaves are par-baked so you can have the perfect fresh baked feel in the comfort of your own home!


  • 1. Allow sourdough bread thaw in the fridge overnight or for about 4-5 hours on your kitchen counter.
  • 2. Set your oven temperature to 450F
  • 3. Remove bread from packaging and place directly onto the oven rack or a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown in colour.
  • *For best results, allow the bread to cool completely before slicking Enjoy!
