For those who like it a little on the spicy side, we created our Spicy Kimchi Hot Sauce. We took all the bold flavor from our grandma’s kimchi and bottled it up to make it easy to add kimchi flavor to anything. It can be used as a dipping sauce, a marinade or topping. Use it on anything from bibimbap to burgers!
Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Gochugaru (Korean dried Chili pepper), white distilled vinegar, sea salt, crushed garlic (garlic, citric acid), Ginger puree (ginger, citric acid), Xanthan gum.
