My first time ordering ribeye steaks from Meridian was a good experience. I really enjoyed the quality of the ribeye with the cap on them and it had good marbling. I was happy to find a grass fed and finished ribeyes from a local farm. So much so, my last two orders I order about 30 ribeyes in total but sad to say the quality was not the same. The ribeye steaks were too lean (barely any marbling) and all of them did not have the prime rib cap!
Amazing experience with ordering and delivery. The product has usually been pretty good but my last order was pretty lean and missing the cap of the rib eye on most steaks. My first order is the steak on the left and my latest order is on the right. I’m still fairly happy overall with the product but there are some inconsistencies in the product.
Very thankful to have found Meridian as my healthy grocery store. I cannot find grass fed and finished beef in my community and area and I work full time. Their online ordering is very easy and convenient. Their grass fed and finished ribeye and the rest of their products are fresh and come nicely packaged. They deliver with thoughtfulness- big sturdy box with ice packs. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Thank you team Meridian!
The beef is tender and if you cooked it slow COOKER MUCH better. Every time I buy I have quality

Steak is quite chewy but the flavour is good.

Loved the tenderloins but these ribeyes had a few issues for us: 1. The ribeye cuts were a bit too small and definitely too thin. People who buy ribeyes typically want a bigger, thicker cut. 2. The ribeyes were a bit too sinewy (not marbled, as marbling is great. I'm talking about sinew). I Overall, I don't think I'd order the ribeyes again.
